NEIS is Part of EarthShare Illinois, a Workplace Giving Program

Earth Share of Illinois is a workplace giving program, similar to United Way but restricted to environmental groups. They have an extremely low expense ratio; almost everything they collect goes to help the environment instead of into "administrative" costs.

If your workplace participates in Earth Share of Illinois, you can donate to NEIS by designating when you sign up for Earth Share Illinois payroll deductions.
